Class Summary

BasicRAMEntryCache	Very simple Entry Cache for the MMS Corba reference server.
EntryFoundry	Base class for Entry Foundaries (Factories) that create Entry Objects
EntryImpl	This Class, EntryImpl extends EntryMethodImpl which extends _EntryImplBase EntryMethodImpl is generated by MMSExpr and defines all of the "getList" methods for the Core module.
FileEntryFoundry	Implements the EntryFactory for the MMS Corba reference server.
MmsReferenceEntryImpl	This class, ReferenceEntryImpl extends ReferenceEntryMethodImpl which extends _ReferenceEntryImplBase ReferenceEntryMethodImpl is generated by MMSExpr and defines all of the "getList" methods.
NmrEntryImpl	This Class, NmrEntryImpl extends NmrMethodImpl which extends _NmrEntryImplBase NmrMethodImpl is generated by MMSExpr and defines all of the "getList" methods for the NMR module.
RDBEntryFoundry	Implements the EntryFactory for the MMS Corba reference server.
RefBuilder	Reference Builder Class that parses an mmCIF data file and calls the appropriate CatLoader for each Category contained in the file to load corresponding the Entry data structure.
SelectCategoryFinal	Base Class containing utility functions for the Relational Database Entry JDBC insertion code.
ServerHandler	Top-level controller for handling messages to the user and managing Entries
XRayCrystallographyEntryImpl	This Class, XRayCrystallographyEntryImpl extends XRayCrystallographyEntryMethodImpl which extends _XRayCrystallographyEntryImplBase XRayCrystallographyEntryMethodImpl is generated by MMSExpr and defines all of the "getList" methods for the XRay Crystallography module.
